Time for registration:
The Registration form must be filled and the payment must be done in September 08, 2009 latest, by FAX: 55. 62. 3241.3939, to be elegible for a discount. After that period, registrations will only be accepted at the venue. Use one Registration Form for each participant.
Cancellation:
It will only be possible through a formal request to the Event Executive Office by FAX: 55. 62. 3241.3939, until 31 August, 2009. The refund will be done but it will be charged an administrative rate of 15% on the Registration. After that period refund will not be available. The participants that do not attend the Congress and did not ask cancellation will receive a CD-Rom with the Technical Communications presented on the Congress.
Registration transference:
In case of impossibility to attend to the Congress, the transference of the registration may be requested to another person. Just fill a registration form with the new participant information to be sent by FAX: 55. 62. 3241.3939.
Payment terms:
Possible by: bank deposit or VISA.
